Pretty much the same as any ticket service, no refunds and the insurance ya get doesn’t work either and it’s a “separate entity.” Tried to download and print tickets and they wouldn’t work either. 20$ service fee on top of it, for no service. 0/5 if possible. Will never use any ticket service other than the box office itself.

I have been attempting to obtain my tickets. I didn’t receive them. Please help.

Completely ignored all attempts at reaching out. I made a mistake and I acknowledge that but why have customer service if you dont respond or even attempt to solve an issue.

Cost over twice what tickets cost at door.

My ticket was faulty and never actually recieved it after making my payment.

Ticket price was jacked up. Found similar tickets for same event different date and they were 10 bucks less. Which means I paid 40 bucks more.

Price gouging through Event Tickets Center for Cirque Du Soleil tickets. Hundreds more for two tickets. This practice should be illegal. In the future, use only the Cirque Du Soleil official website.

I got charged 35$ extra for esch ticket I bought for seats rhat cost 25$... I get it might have been a resale but I don't see how that is allowed to raise the price almost double what it cost originally

If there were negative ratings they'd get one from me. TOTAL RIP OFF!! BEWARE!!! I paid an exorbitant price for the tickets and 2 days later I received my tickets in a nose bleed seat in a totally different section. This website should be banned. This site is totally bogus.

Great time!

Bought tickets for a horse racing admission. Service only provided options for general admissions, no seats provided at any point, and charged me $44 a person plus fees. This was my first time attending this event. When I arrived at the event center, general admission tickets were $10 a person. Why there was a 400% mark up through this ticket is unknown and outrageous. Had to pay at the vendor for actual seats.

We were visiting family in Portland from Iowa and was excited to attend while there. Come to find out that we were way overcharged. We paid 50 bucks per ticket. Come to find out that the tickets were actually like 12 bucks. Recommend to check the actual event space before purchasing from this site. Not happy about being grossly overcharged.

Yall are cheating people out of money. Little did I know being from out of town, tickets for the concert and rodeo were a third of the cost as to what I was charged through the actual fairs event company. I was also under the impression I was getting tickets for both the rodeo and concert, and did not receive both and when I tried to work with you guys on a solution there was absolutely no willingness from you guys to work with me.

Purchasing was very easy. However, when we arrived to the venue for the show, we realized Event tickets taped us on price. We paid nearly double what we should have. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM EVENT TICKETS AGAIN. NEVER. Who ever decides your pricing should be fired. You all know what you’re doing to the public.. STEALING OUR MONEY. SHAME IN ALL OF YOU.

This was supposed to be my granddaughter’s first concert and I spent $300 on tickets, only to find out at the gate that the tickets were bogus.

The concert overall was fantastic. The one issue I had had nothing to do with whomever sold me the tickets but one of the parking locations at the event (which had no signs of money due and towed multiple vehicles who did not pay). I would do again!!

I got ripped off. Bought tickets 5 days in advance and they were general admission and I was charged $65/ticket. Day before or day of same tickets were $20. I was charged over 3 times face value and there is no way that I have found to get anyone to respond to me or to get refunded for what I was overcharged.
