Tried to cancel and had to sit on hold…
Tried to cancel and had to sit on hold and then was transferred. After I sat on hold for another 15 min, that person, who was very nice, put me on hold again while she cancelled my plan. What I should have been able to cancel via email, they made me call in. THEN I was transferred again after telling this person that I was told I would be able to cancel, to just cancel after the policy 5 more times, and all she could do was try to get me to keep the policy, put me on hold again, and was not so nice anymore since I requested a refund too since I was within 30 days of signing up. I will never do business with them again!
