RUN AWAY!!!
RUN, don't walk, RUN AWAY from this company!! The most deceptive company I have ever seen in my life. They will not approve a claim no matter what. And yes, they are in a Class Action lawsuit just for those exact reasons. Don't waste your money or all the time it will take to chase every requirement they ask for just to be denied. Even when you provide what is clearly stated in the contract, they will then say it is not enough and deny your claim. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
