So far the experience has been good. We are just getting started and anticipate a great relationship.
I was their customer for last 3 years and during this period they changed 4-5 account managers. The present account manager Chad is just a crazy guy. Most of the times, he never replied you, deny your invoices without any reason. Keep yourself away from this company full of unprofessional people. I am moving my factoring from this unprofessional people.
I’ve been with ECapital for over a year. Account is in good standing. I stopped using ECapital since I started to work for another company. I’m returning now and want a letter of release. ECapital states I have a contract and I have to pay to leave. There was an automatic renewal in which they will not send an email to give you a heads up because they must know money is time. Only way out is to start a new MC or wait until you are close to your renewal. Which means new ins which is another 5000 for down payment or wait another 8 months. Amusing! At the same time, if you have had business between ECapital and a previous broker, a client is forced to pay ECapital because you do not have a letter of release but new brokers you have to lie to and say, “no, I do not have a factoring company”, which ECapital is actually fine with. Thank you ECapital for showing me how to do business.
I am having same problem with invoices not being closed on time. I sent an email to my collection analyst to inform them about the payment as well as included the details of payment but it has been 6 days no reply. I send email to Collections still no reply. I had collection analyst Nicole who is no longer working with ecapital he was amazing who always replied on time and was able to close invoices and told me these invoices are incorrectly applied sometimes but i really have to reach out to eCapital to let them know that hey this invoice is paid by broker and why its not closed and then they start checking on it but it is not my job to inform them every time and they should be on top of it. Currently i have 2 open invoices paid by broker 11 days ago but no one is replying or investigating that where is invoice applied and fix it. Ecapital can we work together to fix the issue that my company is facing so that in future we have no issues like this and can I get dedicated account collection analyst who is responsive and atleast reply to me as since Nicole left i have not good experience. Today I got reply from Retention Manager that My account manager has to work with me as a team and keep open communication. If my account manager had helped me with this why would i reach to contract team? It shows me ecapital does not value my business with them as i asked them if my collection analyst can be changed to someone who is responsive and close the invoices on time so that i don't have to keep reaching out to them but tgey even did not try to fix the issue or change the collection analyst as attaching email screenshot. If someone from upper management give me a call i really appreciate it.
ALEX SANCHEZ WAS AMAZING. VERY HELPFUL BY TOOK TIME EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME PIECE BY PIECE. MY CREDIT WOULD NOT SHOW BUT, HE DIDN'T GIVE UP ON ME. HE TRIED AND TRIED UNTIL HE GOT RESULTS. HE TOLD ME TO STAY IN TOUCH JUST IN CASE I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. MOST IMPORTANTLY WE WENT OVER THE CONCTRACT GIVING ME FULL UNDERSTANDING EACH SECTION.
Definitely a scam company. One of my suppliers uses them. They keep calling me telling me invoices are not paid when they are always paid on time. Just expecting me to pay them twice.
I wish I could leave zero stars. Ecapital was quick to sell us on their products offering a line of credit of $2500, same day funding, fuel cards, the whole 9 yards. Once signed up, no one ever did the initial orientation with us. We attempted to factor our first load, I called and asked if there would be any issues with funding. I was assured it would fund and booked a load from Texas to Montana. We were told once the first load funded, our fuel cards would turn on. We delivered the loads, submitted all paper work for it to be denied. I called my sales representative and he told me that he would get it approved and funded by the end of that day, once it reached the credit team it was denied again. This left our driver stuck in Montana for an extra few days losing more money. We've also booked w separate loads with the a broker that pay the same, pick up and deliver to the same locations. When I submitted the 2nd loads paperwork it was denied due to "previously being purchased" obviously no one took the time to read the rate con or bols. You can not get a hold of anyone on the phone once you are dealing with customer service. Once you do reach them, they are terrible to work with. Factoring is supposed to be helpful especially to small companies and this has been nothing but stressful and unnecessary. We tried using their "credit cards" and they do not work. I can't get anyone to answer why they don't work. Save yourself the headache and find another company who cares about their clients. They completely treat you like you're trying to scam them. I will make sure every trucking company I know never does business with this disaster of a company.
I wrote a bad review based on Ecapital’s service. I can tell you that they switched their process back to having account managers and the service has dramatically improved. I gave them a 3 star rating because it’s going to take time for the account managers to dig out of the mess that was created. But it’s definitely improving

First and foremost, I found myself locked into a contractual agreement before completing the necessary paperwork. This level of haste in sealing the deal raised immediate concerns about your company's practices. Furthermore, my attempts to contact my assigned salesperson, Theresa Gutierrez, have been met with sheer frustration. Not only has she consistently avoided my calls, but she has also failed to respond to my numerous emails. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. My objective in choosing your factoring service was to streamline my business operations, not to encounter obstacles and negligence. It is disheartening that my experience has been marred by such issues. In light of this, I must emphasize my intent to seek resolution promptly. If my concerns are not addressed and this matter resolved in a timely and fair manner, I have no choice but to report your company to the relevant governing agency responsible for regulating businesses like yours. I believe it is essential to hold companies accountable for their actions and to ensure that others do not face similar challenges. I hope that my experience serves as an opportunity for your company to reevaluate its practices and commitment to customer service. I'm not sure what has happened with this company. I was with Bibby when eCapital bought them out a few years ago. I definitely didn't get better but was ok. Long story short, I sold my trucking company out back in February 2023. They wouldn't let me out of my contract then and would not return the reserves I had of over $2300 even though I had no outstanding invoices with them. Fast forward to Sept, I opened a brokerage and reluctantly gave them another try. The credit they are offering my shippers in an absolute joke. I talked with another funding company and they are offering 7 to 10x more for the same client. However, I cant go with them at this time because eCapital is holding me hostage with a UCC on my personal credit even thought they still owe ME money. I have been waiting for 3 days for someone to call me back. Hold times are over 45 minutes for customer service to get absolutely no where. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. THIS COMPANY HAS BECOME TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! They may butter you up in the beginning, but the truth comes out soon enough and you will regret your decision. I've heard more than once that it is almost impossible to get out of their contract. I am seeing this now first hand. eCapital has become the vulture of the industry. Update. After sitting literally hours on hold to NEVER talk to anyone and waiting DAYS for replies from Emails, I have now been told it will cost me $750 to get out of my contract when it ends on Nov 30th. I'm still waiting on a reply for an earlier option. THESE ARE THE BIGGEST SCUMBAGS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN 23 YEARS OF BUSINESS. The IRS is more professional and compassionate!!!!! Update: After much arguing, with several people to plead my case, eCapital agreed to waive my $12,500 early termination fee and let me end my contract 2 months early for the normal $750 contract termination fee. They also asked that I update this review for doing so.
I wish I could leave a negative 8 stars for this company. From the first day I signed my 90 day trial. I've had the most horrific horrific experience I've ever had with any company, IN my 21 years of doing business with any company. They waited until I signed the contract before telling me that I didn't qualify for the line of business credit that they so promised me. After been told that, I told the rep that I didn't won't to do business, because the line of credit was the only reason I choose eCapital. She said sure would worth something out for me, but never heard anything from her, until I emailed the contract department to cancel my 90 day trial and that's when I was told. That I couldn't cancel because I signed up for 90 days. I explained that I had be been factored by their company yet and they used one of the loads that I had senta week prior. Just to say that they funded a load, which locked tyke 90 days. I was then called by one of their top executives Armaid. Telling me that they were going to do their best to do right by me. After a hour of talking I said Ok to staying and that's been the biggest mistake of my life. I'm not ever paid on time like he promised. Turn your loads in by 10am and you will be paid before the end of the business day. Well it's 30 days later and not once gave I ever been pisos on time and I have to call everyday just to get paid. I've went to getting advance from every broker I do business with, just so I can stay on top of my fuel. Never do they answer the phone on Fridays. You'll hold the phone for hours, before getting anyone. This place is the biggest ljoke when it comes to funding. PLEASE D'UN WITH YOUR BUSINESS. YOU'LL BE LIKE ME. RUNNING ON ADVANCES ABS CALLING EVERYDAY TO GET TYKE LIL MONEY THEY DO FUND. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
My experience was greater than I could have ever imagined. Coming into this business with little to no knowledge I could not have asked for a better person to work with John held all my fears and worries in his hands and made himself available to me round the clock. I was so comfortable and at ease knowing he was handling everything. I am more knowledgeable about my business and have more help now than I could have ever imagined. Great experience !!
Ecapital is the ABSOLUTE WORST company in the industry. If you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money, if you them to “lose your payments” if you want you funds sent to wrong accounts. If your ultimate go is to be run into bankruptcy or out of business then go to ecapital because their ONLY objective is to run small businesses into the ground. This company is absolutely incompetent they don’t care about their clients at all they only want to suck every penny they can from you and leave you high and drive they get rich by driving your company out of business and 98% of the people that work for this company can’t even hold an informed conversation with you after speaking with McKenzie Thompson I’m convinced most didn’t even graduate high school the incompetence is overwhelming don’t do business with this company run in the other direction don’t be a victim to this scam company
