I am writing to warn everyone against eCapital!!! I am terrified of what is happening at eCapital!!! . They break old contracts and create new ones without agreement !!! I have been with ecapital for 15 years and I had an agreement with ecapital for a 2% factoring fee, now instead of charging 2% they start charge $35.00 per invoice. They are self-willed, they do whatever they want!!! they don't respect anyone. It isn't possible to speak with anyone, I received an email from name CONTRACT to my e-mail address, they don't have names, positions, nothing. I don't know if I'm writing with a human being or with an airbrick ? Any other factoring will be better than ecapital
The worst factorig company to deal with. They don't even let you terminate the contract.
This company is a scam. You won't be able to get any loans after signing with them and they will charge you over 15000 if you try to cancel your agreement. Never ever use them for anything

Customer service is good, but the system does not work well. I always need to get help on how to submit anything. The phone app needs more work, it freezes and make you start that process all over again. If it was not for Sam and Harsh, I would not be able to get things submitted.
I am only updating my review from one star to 2 only because of E capitals general counsel. The general counsel was able to do everything I requested. However, this was definitely a process. I signed up with E capital back in 2022 and factored ONE invoice. When I saw how outrageous the fees were I knew this was NOT for me. The $175 documentation fee, $3 ACH fees, and $2 invoice fees, along with the 3% factoring fee. I requested to be released but they refused to do so. Ok no problem I NEVER used them again. Only problem is now 2 years later in 2024 I used the ONE broker I factored an invoice with and it was a HUGE mess. I contacted the payment company immediately and let them know that I am NOT working with them but they wouldn’t be able to release the payments without the letter of release. The payment company reached out to E capital and E capital advised we are still in active contract. Their contracts auto renew automatically without your knowledge and consent. Even better they demand $10,000 to be released. They waive a bunch of the fees but they still want money. $750 is what they were pushing for. I don’t like how this company traps you with hidden fees and makes it extremely difficult to leave them. Just beware!!! Use them at your own risk!

I sold Kirby's and made over 50k in 3 months turned around and donated it to my church. money is paper credit is key, right. so, I know how to badger. lol. I've been in sales my whole life and the positivity is great. But one thing you guys need to work on is being transparent with your clients all the hidden fees is VERY disheartening. If that's how you make money by half-truths I'm sorry. But that is American business. I'm the same way, just sucks when it happens to you. "33 dollars on every thousand" oh but wait there's more like man c'mon you guys already used a woman to sell me and then took money from a broke carrier living on a dream. I heard truck stop is a flat 2 percent that's it.. American want to be corporations are nastier than the big dogs. Now will I work with you well yes because I have to buy out now, will I sign up after? Absolutely not.

Told me no contact and it was. Charge me $150 for my first load. Whole experience terrible. Told a bunch of lies.
