Not only has she consistently avoided my calls, but she has also failed to respond to my numerous emails. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. My objective in choosing your factoring service was to streamline my business operations, not to encounter obstacles and negligence. It is disheartening that my experience has been marred by such issues. In light of this, I must emphasize my intent to seek resolution promptly. If my concerns are not addressed and this matter resolved in a timely and fair manner, I have no choice but to report your company to the relevant governing agency responsible for regulating businesses like yours.
