Run away guys and we careful of these other overstated reviews. Not only do the rates go up with little notice but to end your contract you have to submit a 60 DAY NOTICE otherwise you get renewed for another year and your customer aging balance also has to be current by/before your renewal otherwise you get renewed for another year. They make it hard for you to exit not to mention money gets tied up all the time! We are on our 4th account manager for the year!

The process was quick and easy

Company sucks!!!....do business like kids...always have a excuse why they can't do or why they didn't do! On hold for long periods of time, move like a snail factoring ur money and every other week you have to talk to a extra Remediate person that have no passion to resolve the simplest problem!!! ...Man don't waste ur time

Ecapital Freight Factoring Corp. The worst of the worst. After factoring with them for a year my percentage went up tp a 3.4% and at no point did they get in contact with me to inform I had informed that did not want to stay due to the increases I had to stay until my contract was over due date was Jan 20,2024 since Oct,2023 we started working on the release they approved it on Jan 9,2024 but they did not release my UCC to the new factoring, They kept offering me a lower percentage but I still confirmed that I wanted to leave on Jan 10,2024 so they ignored,emails,calls not only form me but also to the new factoring they made it impossible to communicate and I feel it was done in the intention so that I would have to stay with them by force.Now they are telling me that since I have past the cut off by 5 days I have top pay a penalty of $3,250.00. Please do not work with Ecapital their non ethical.

Never sign up with eCapital for factoring. They will do everything to get fees out of you. Then try to auto renew your contract then try to charge you the $5k. No matter how far in advance you try to end your contract. You will be fighting with them over everything. They are what everyone says they are. A very shady company. They have earned their reputation as the worst factoring company in trucking. Never seen a company fight over $5k. After ripping you off for all the fees they want that money like they are going bankrupt. I have been fighting with the McKenzie Thompson, Head of North American Operations, over this $5k. They were contacted on October 18 that I was not renewing my contract. This was 90 days out when eCapital was requiring 60 days. Then my new factoring contacted them about my buying my outstanding receivables. eCapital on purpose took 3 weeks to respond to all their request. Which took me past my auto renewal dates. Which triggered the $5k buyout. I have been fighting with them for over 3 weeks over all of this. My new factoring company has been fighting the same war. I have emailed every high-level person in eCapital to only end up exchanging emails all day long. Do not sign up with them.

I like the fact that eCapitol was very honest up front, the sales rep was prompt with emails, also hands on to help new factoring companies to get funded to help there business grow. I think this company are great. Thanks eCapitol for your support.

I was with another factoring company that wasn't a good fit for me. I found eCapital and decided to switch over. I was sold on the expertise of Ryan to join. He was very open and easy to work with, then I met with Meagan over emails and phone calls. She is a sheer delight to work with, her patience, knowledge and kindness is so refreshing. I'm happy to be a part of eCapital.

E capital is super bad company. Carriers avoid factor with Ecapital. Service is very bad and also if you plain to change the factoring company. Capital will charge you $750 to $5000. Trust me you going to be in loss to use this company

Don’t use this company stay away. BEWARE. I use factoring as needed, but, still used gas cards regularly. I’ve been working with Amazon lately who don’t require factoring. Since I haven’t factored within 30 days they inactivated my account. I’ve been with this company since 2021 and there has been multiple months in which I didn’t use their factoring services, but, always utilized the gas cards. However, this month out of no where they dropped me. They’re excuse is that the economy is recession and ECapital is cracking down.

IT IS A PLACER TO WORK WITH THIS GROUP

Lack of communication, seems to be a disconnect somewhere in the company.. no one tells you anything about the collections issues until you see a huge chargeback on your account that could have been avoided with a simple email

watch before you sign a contract. If you are day late in terminating your contract they will force you to stay with them.

This company should know that new small businesses need cash flow to survive. What is the point of collecting a business' banking information only to issue a card that takes 8 business days for a small business to have access to their account? Why couldn't a large business like eCapital do direct deposit? Cards are useless to a struggling small business.
