This company is absolutely horrible

This company is absolutely horrible. Been back and forth with my "account manager" for weeks trying to get a payment issue settled. It's been over a week and they cannot send MY money that I stayed in a truck months on end to work for. Account Manager does not respond to emails and blocked my phone number so I cannot get through to her. It is a disgrace. Trucking is hard enough already. Take your business elsewhere. Edit: it was updated this morning. I worked with you guys for 3 years. Multiple six figures factored through you over that time. It shouldn't have come to this.

Worst factory company i have to deal…

Worst factory company i have to deal wtih. This company is the type that want to make you trucking company as a prisoner. They will have plenty of small fee in the contract to make you stay with them. I waited for my contract to be done and when i want to get out they want me to pay $750 fee eve though my contract it was over. I don’t recommend them at all

Worst decision ever taken

Worst decision ever taken. Was told it was a 2 day transition and took 10 days, had to stop the trucks as we had no funding. When it finally happened bunch of loads were not paid. When we start sending new invoices they take Days! To fund us. Deceptive business, everything we were offered and promised has been totally the opposite

Stay away !

I own a car hauling company and I started factoring with Ecapital they accepted the car hauling brokers . In 2019 they stopped factoring car hauling invoices and most of the brokers I work with never received LOR . They keep “ renewing “ my account without being able to provide the service . When I call and give them my MC number they say my account can’t be found . Very bad experience overall

Johnny McSorley MY GUY!!!!

Johnny McSorley was our onboard coach and he was absolutely amazing. He didn’t care how many times I called to ask different questions he never got frustrated and was always patient. He explained everything in detail and we really appreciate him. He deserves a raise or some reward. Thanks Johnny your “MY GUY”

They Are worst company i ever been…

They Are worst company i ever been dealing with and they will found any little fact to steal your money and when you try to switch to other company the hold and they don't respond till the renew date come and they will replay by saying your contract its automatic renew Please stay away from this company

Horrible company

Horrible company. They pay the wrong people, they don't listen. They upset our customers. Your money is in danger as they don't have any security so our funds were hacked. Don't use Update Our company has worked with ecap for years. Our customers are very upset by how they handle business. They are awful to work with. Definitely look elsewhere.

Scam DOT NOT RECOMMEND AVOID ECAPTIAL AT ALL COSTS. They will screw you over eventually

After my insurance was canceled for my trucking company I realized ecapital had about $2,000 of my funds that they did not pay me for some reason. I keep asking them to transfer my money to me. But they won’t !! ecapital won’t let me access my money They keep telling me I need to pay 750$ to close my account with them to get my money out. E Captial is a scam. Can’t get ahold of anyone higher up They just keep giving me the run around I Do not recommend this company very deceiving & on top of that! one year into our contract they updated the contract and factoring prices and started charging 35$ minimum per invoice That does not work for our company because all our loads are short hauls Scam DOT NOT RECOMMEND AVOID ECAPTIAL AT ALL COSTS. They will screw you over eventually

Wanted More

As a broker client, the onboarding and sales team was great. Started without a factoring company and this became our first factoring company to work with. They are a financial tool to use for a business like any other factoring company. Their factoring fee is cheap which is what attracted to us, but didn't realize the support would be at that same level. The reporting on their Portal is non-existent. Their is an AR aging summary that cannot be filtered by custom dates to then show all the detail history that the AR balance reflects. Make sure you have great internal accounting and not trust their system. Their is a reserve account where you can store cash. This should be treated like a regular bank account, but when trying to run reports the dates are not in chronological order so the balance history doesn't make sense. You have to ask your account rep for reports, but then the account rep are not attentive to you. They are always out, takes weeks to respond to emails, or their calls go straight to voicemail. You cannot view your carriers on the portal to check if the remittance email or bank accounting information is correct. If they make a mistake in sending to the wrong carrier, they will not pay the correct carrier until the successfully retrieve from who they improperly paid. They send invoices to clients but their system cannot cc you at all and we are told this is not possible. Their system needs a complete overhaul and limits their customers their ability to grow. They need to invest in a better GUI (general user interface) to show their customers greater visibility. eCapital is great for very small business, but is not capable of handling volume once you grow. If their factoring fee is 1% seems like they don't care about the customer since you're not brining them in enough revenue to justify their support. It's been a struggle the last 9 months.
