eCapital Freight Factoring

So far the process has been smooth and easy.

More than a week pass, still could not get money from batch we sent. No one willing to help us :(

Ryan didnt explain how to upload invoices on the updated portal wasnt able to get paid on the days I need my money on top of that had to cancel loads because of this very upsetting

Can not say enough how absolutely great full we are for John Solis!!! Trucking is brutal. You will not survive without a strong factoring company. The worst situations John is there 24-7, Always so positive and conquering any obstacle.

Good factoring

Lot of mis communication and mis understanding was told something to sign up then was something else

So far so good , they are straightforward with you ,fast funding/well explained process and they help you very well set everything up from start to finish.costumer support is good a well and of course you get your own person designated to your account .

I started working with eCapital about a month ago. John Solis is a wonderful guy. He walked me through all the steps. He made sure I had a clear understanding of what was going on. Appreciate him very much.

I don’t even know how to transfer the money from the portal to my account. I been in the house all weekend cause I have no money. I can never get this weekend back, it’s just gone and I wasn’t involved🥲
