Rachel from day one of being assigned as my Customer Sales Rep has been phenomena! Her conduct, character and conversation is contagious and she communicates with you with the most Respectful Professionalism and Politeness that she can give and she has gone above and beyond to not only get my funding done immediately and in a timely fashion, but has always raised my awareness in the knowledge of knowing how to the decipher Brokers that I am doing business with to make sure that I know who and who not to deal with in order to protect me and my company from any and all attempts of fraud that might jeopardize me from being able to get paid for the hard that I do and keeping my company out of harm's way making sure that I'm compensated immediately and on time for every load that is completed and submitted. Her Business Professionalism has been impeccable from day one I could not have been given a better Customer Sales Rep. I also just want to express my appreciation to all the women that were my prior Customer Sales Reps that made sure when they were reassigned that I had the most best Professional Customer Service Rep that can be afforded to me and that came with Rachel Moore being assigned to my Case Management.
