Horrible Customer Service Line, Factoring is Okay
I like the two people we’ve spoken to so far, they’re nice and helpful. However, the regular customer service line is full of the worst and stereotypical “mean girls” who hate their job. We switched to eCapital from our old factoring company since they’d no longer work for the west coast. Trying to do simple things have been the hardest, and again, the customer service phone line is awful.
