eCapital factory company is nothing but a con factory company people need to stay away from , from 2.75% to 3.65% and they charge additional $35 for ticket submitted, the worse thing they do is to tell you they mistakenly credit ur cash account and charge you more then what they said they mistakenly put in ur cash account , bunch of thieves sitting down somewhere ripping people of their hard earned money,Have been trying to reach out to the contract department for over three months now we reply or call back .
