The reservation system for Brett Robinson is second to none. Responses were nearly immediate with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency mixed with politeness and concern for our situation. The reason for a three star rating stemmed from two concerns. The first being that the condo that we chose (using pictures only and not personally able to see first hand) was very clean and, at first look, tastefully decorated. After one day, it became apparent that all was not as it seemed. The kitchen appliances were subpar seemingly the cheapest on the market. There was only one small dresser in the master bedroom. The sofa was sagging and the lounge chair on the balcony was completely broken. Proper maintenance was also an issue. From the broken dryer vent, to the almost inoperable sliding doors, to the nearly broken toilet seat, to the wide gap under the entrance door. Not to mention the very poor WiFi. Disappointing to say the least. Then, there was a power outage issue, that, in itself, couldn’t be helped. But the helpfulness of the desk personnel was lacking. It seemed almost a joke to them as we struggled to find alternative shelter for the two nights. Brett Robinson alleviated the situation by providing a credit for the major inconvenience which was greatly appreciated. So, three stars. That being said, still we will definitely use Brett Robinson in the future. We have booked for next winter, but at an entirely different building. If I could rate these separately, Brett Robinson would receive five stars and our accommodations would rate maybe a two.
