Brett/Robinson Vacation Rentals Reviews

This was our 4th year in this unit. We love it because it is smaller than most along the beach, and we are able to get to know others. We had a few issues to start with but everyone was right on top of things and got us back to our vacation. I would recommend a little updating in the unit (paint touch up on walls and trim, and it needs a super cleaning of floors and cabinets.) The new patio furniture was amazing and we spent lots of time out there. The BR personnel are wonderful to work and talk with, and they always make us feel like family. Can't wait to get back next year. Th only negative thing I can say is the the unit above us was very noisy. It seemed like they were moving furniture around all day and half the night. Not a lot can be done about it though.

We have stayed in the same condo unit for 4 years. We were very pleased to see new flooring in the bedrooms and a new walk-in shower in master bath. We do question the need for a landline phone in the unit and the charge that goes with it.

We have stayed at the same condo for the last eleven years at Phoenix East. We love the staff there especially Carol and Christi. They do a great job and so helpful to everyone. We have stayed in other Phoenixes before we started staying at Phoenix East but prefer Phoenix East because they make you feel right at home and you feel you’re part of a family. It would be hard to stay somewhere else.

My unit needs to get new mattresses, & the furniture needs to be cleaned. But Brett Robinson was extremely helpful, & all were very pleasant.

We've stayed at PW II 4 time but this condo was by far the worst experience. Water, fire alarm in middle of night-3 times. It's a very noisy unit also. Will not stay in this unit again.

Of two elevators for the building, one has been out of commission since before our arrival on 2/1 and remains so on departure. The door to the condo has given trouble, off and on, throughout; it took three calls to get it working better.. The building has NO lavatory on the ground level; the only lavatories are those in each condo unit. The condo itself badly needs one or two easy chairs, a couple of floor lamps, a ceiling light over the dining area and the island area; the bedrooms need hooks and place to place clothes overnight; one bathroom's shower curtain cannot remain in the tub on its own (the second or outer curtain must be used to keep the first ne in the tub); the "office staff" were barely civil and not in the least welcoming; parking was scarce as multiple spaces were allotted to construction/painting companies; the one balcony is quite narrow and small; heating/cooling had NO instructions whatsoever; TV equipment had poor instructions as to use. The condo was very well appointed/equipped with kitchen/cooking tools and implements. All in all, this is not a place we would revisit or recommend unequivocally.

Our original reservation was cancelled in Phoenix 4 and we were placed in a so-called "premium" unit in Phoenix 5 farther away from our friends. Filthy furniture, had to have door knobs, tv's, cabinets repaired. No internet or wifi for a few days. Banging clanging noises at all hours of day and night. No coffee or end tables. Sprinklers should run at night so you don't have to dodge them leaving the unit. Patio furniture was always wet from the sprinklers when we finally got some new.

We love Brett/Robinson and Phoenix West II. The amenities are fantastic and there is a sense of community resulting from all the socials and activities planned by staff to help people get acquainted. Our particular condo had many issues, most of them related to owner’s old furniture and over-used decor. We will not be renting it next year but have already booked our winter getaway in a great condo and we can’t wait to come back!

This was our 4th year in Phoenix II and as usual we had a great winter getaway. The unit we rent is updated, clean and excellent view of the gulf. We have already reserved our unit for 2020. Best place to stay in Orange Beach.

We have been in Phoenix I before but this year we had a problem with the wicker coffee table. The table has a glass top and we have bugs living in the wicker under the glass and the lady downstairs told my husband that they could not do anything about it. I have killed one bug on the rug and we continue to see the bugs come out under the glass. I feel that there is something you could do about it. You could have removed the table with the bugs.

We have recommended phoenix V to many of our friends and families. The friendliness here is remarkable. The beauty of the beach, sunrises,and all the activities that the condo and community provides is the best every year . Hate to leave but booked for next year to meet once again with many friends that were made here in Orange Beach. Cindy and Dan Witkowski

Always enjoy my time here at All Suites. The staff is so friendly and activities are fun. It’s great seeing familiar faces every time I vacation here.

Tell the owner of the condo we are renting that we love the new look and feel of the place! We have been here for the month of February and will be here for March too. We are also happier since Brett-Robinson took over the management.

We have had a very good experience with Brett Robinson. Any issues like needing new light bulbs, problems with a toilet or a “dead” TV have been hardly quickly and efficiently! The staff is courteous and helpful. We are definitely coming back next year!

The location is great, the gulf view is awesome! However, for a premium priced condo it was very disappointing. The kitchen was stocked way below the recommended items. Had to ask front for a few basic items. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable - old sagging couch, broken and uncomfortable wicker chairs. The dining room table only seated 2 comfortably,the other 2 seats could not get legs under the table because the base was too close to the edge of table top. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms had no dresses for clothes storage - a monthly renter needs to be able to unpack suitcase. We were gong to have 6 people here for a few days but had to make other arrangements as not good setting for 6 at dining room table or in living area. This condo advertised as accommodating 10 people - not true! Will not rent this unit again.

Enjoyed the unit and our stay. We had a couple items that needed attention and it took multiple calls to get an appliance fixed. A second appliance that needed a part never got repaired but we had a work around.

We stayed the month of February with Brett Robinson in Phoenix VIII Condos. Our condo was very nice and had everything that we needed. I would recommend that the complex find some way to recycle cans and plastic. We will be returning next year for more fun on the Alabama Coadt.

Everything was very nice, condo stocked with everything we needed for the month. The only problem we encountered was the WiFi we could not get our devices hooked up after taking our laptop to our friends at another condo upstairs our devices connected we then called downstairs and they reset something and now they work in our condo (after I was charged by my phone service for going over my allowed GB)
