We have booked Beach vacations with Brett/Robinson many times over the last 19 years. We have stayed at many of the properties they manage. Over this period of time we have enjoyed doing business with Brett/Robinson .The few times there have been issues with a condo it was resolved immediately. This year was our first year to enjoy Orange Beach for the month of February. We stayed at Phoenix on the Bay. Our stay has been even better than expected. Phoenix On The Bay is a beautiful property with all the amenities we needed for our winter stay. The entire staff has been very helpful in making our stay enjoyable. We will miss sitting on the marina docks and looking at the bay. We were able to enjoy biking in the Gulf State Park. Now we will return home with wonderful memories of our winter stay. We have already booked a month next February.

We absolutely loved our stay everyone was so friendly and accommodating . Our unit had everything you could possible need and was very comfortable.

We have totally enjoyed our experience/s in Gulf Shores. Our disappoint comes when we learn we cannot get an gulf view for next year for the month of Feb 2020 at Islands Wind East or West. Also, we are disappointed we cannot be put on a waiting list in case someone cancels. Love this great community.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II in January 2019. Our unit was very nicely decorated and appointed. Housekeeping and maintenance were very attentive when a few minor issues came up. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again in the future and would highly recommend Brett Robinson to anyone that is looking for a great beach getaway!

We are having a good time here. This is our 2nd year in this unit on the 15th floor of Phoenix 7 and we've reserved it for 2020. It would be nice to have a chair in the living room. The couches are okay, just a bit difficult to get out of because you sink down when you sit on them. So, I use a chair from the dining room to watch t.v. We were in Phoenix 3 for 4 years and really liked it there also. The walk to the beach was much shorter.

This is the 4th year we have visited Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. It is the 3rd year we have booked through Brett Robinson. We are very pleased with them. The check in process is speedy and the staff goes above and beyond being helpful. If there is a problem in the condo, it is taken care of right away. Brett Robinson is who we will continue to book through and in fact, we have booked for next year already. Class act!!

They try hard to meet your needs.

We liked our rental, but were very disappointed in the condition/cleanliness of the unit. On the surface it looked fine, but once we started moving in it became apparent that I needed to tackle some cleaning issues. Spent the first night scrubbing floors (grime build-up in all the corners), sink overflows, garbage disposal flange, sink under-mount edges, mold/mildew on wall above shower surround. The condo also smelled musty. Rent on this unit is increasing next year, so we are hoping some updating will be done. Also, the pool and hot tub were shut done for the last 10 days of our visit. Feel like we should have been compensated for loss of this amenity.

We love this place. It's amenities are wonderful, beach awesome and the wonderful park. It is clean and a nice place to have a couple of guests during the month.

Unit was in need of a deep cleaning. Washing machine smelled and had mold by the door. Some outlets did not work. The kitchen cabinets were all full with no room to put food in for the month stay. Tv in one room never worked. On the positive side these were not major issues and didn’t spoil our stay.

While staying at a condo at Phoenix 111 we had 3 things that needed fixing and the workers were amazing! They did a great job & in timely fashion. Everyone working at the desk & anyone working here are so pleasant & helpful!

Why are we getting a notice "hope" you enjoyed your visit....really we are due to check in March 1, 2019. Who is running this site and not checking dates for your loyal customers who have been coming there for many years. They must be idot's. Two week before we are to arrive you left a message for our reservation made a year ago that we were unable to stay at the Phoenix 7 1517 due to the decks will be closed off. Really short notice but you took it upon yourself to put us in an inside unit at the same rate. Now really does that make any sense to you and I'm sure you wouldn't be very happy either??? I spent or wasted a day on the phone trying to get moved to a different and comperable unit. Finally found someone that did help us but now we are nervous that when we get there something will be messed up by incompetent people that don't know what they are doing! I'm sure this won't be posted on your site as you stated in your lovely email. You should be embarrassed to send out stuff like you did to us asking for how our visit was. Well hoping we do have our month rental reservation which I have called and confirmed but with people like this makes us nervous. You really need to clean house with the people that are sending this email out!!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom that needed some updating! All 4 beds had mattresses that needed to be replaced. One of the chairs was very faded and dirty looking in the living area! The toilet in the master needed to be replaced. I would not stay in that condo again.

All properties are well maintained and offer many amenities to add to your vacation stay. The pools, grounds, and housekeeping are exceptional. The condos are excellent for style and comfort. The company is top notch in the building business.

Nice unit, great view, very helpful at front desk. There’s not much to complain about.

First time dealing with Brett Robinson and have already booked for next year. Such an easy process. We love our condo and the close proximity to all of Gulf Shores!

Our condo was acceptable. My first request was morning sun our balcony gets sun about 11:50 am. There’s only 2 chairs and a chaise on the balcony. First disappointment. Our dining table has 4 chairs and to entertain 6 people for dinner is impossible. Our living room chairs are not comfortable. We are readers and enjoy the table lamps. Some of the kitchen utensils were missing or broken. We enjoyed the other guests and activities of exercise with them.

Dear Brett-Robinson. Nancy and I had such a wonderful time and we love Phoenix III. Our condo which was 3039 was spectacular. We liked it so much we booked it for next year in February also. You all are so accommodating and so helpful. Please pass along to our owner that he has a great place. Thanks and see you in February 2020. Bill & Nancy Pringle
