We have rented through Brett Robinson and the Phoenix Units for over 30 years, our unit, this year, was by far the most run down we have ever stayed in. Bedroom carpet was extremely dirty and the sofa was worn out and dirty. No working fan in second bath, not enough eating utensils for more than 4. The maintenance employees did correct the fan problem and made several attempts to repair the ice maker.
