Location of Phoenix III is excellent.
Location of Phoenix III is excellent. Minor repairs are poorly maintained, burned out lights, clogged drain in tub, general upkeep. We stayed in a one bedroom unit that sleeps four but were told overnight guests were expected to pay $28.50 /night for parking. Furniture is outdated and doesn’t match, nor do the appliances. Kitchen is extremely under stocked in spite of a guest book review in condo stating needed kitchenware. Shower curtain outdated, missing some shower rings so curtain doesn’t hang properly. Locked out of guest closet , really limiting our already compromised space.
