Rate the quality of units so renters really know what they are getting

We are in Phoenix 6 for 2 months. Since the quality and condition of the units depends entirely on how the owners equip and maintain them. As a consequence the units are not all the same quality but all the same cost. Would suggest that Brent Robinson inspect and rate the rooms based on condition and how they are furnished. And then charge accordingly. Been coming to Phoenix for 5 yrs so I do there is a big difference in quality and furnishings.
