Excellent Service

Brett Robinson has always been wonderful to work with. We had previously been at Phoenix V and will be going there again in 2020. This year there was nothing available there so we were at Lighthouse 814. While this condo was adequate, a few things could be corrected. The glass coffee table was dangerous with very sharp corners that people would get bruised and one guest even got cut by passing by too close. Any child in this condo with this table could get seriously hurt. We don’t know how your rating system works, but this had a “select” rating. What makes that and why was the price for this unit $500 more per month than my friend who booked through Meyers for unit 706? Hers was nicer as to furniture and decor. Brett Robinson needs to explain that to rebook, must call before the 15th, but that the unit can be given to someone else if they book longer. I would have booked again but it worked out better for me and I am happy to be going back to Phoenix V next year!!! Your employee, Karen, in office on 59 was always so pleasant and kind and helped us out several times!
