Room was ok
Check in was very easy. The room need upgraded. There was some furniture broken. Ice maker would not turn off causing ice to fall out when opened. Not enough wine glasses and silverware was a joke. The broken furniture was finally replaced and extra wine glasses provided. Most problems were the owners issues and not that of the building. The pool and fitness room was very nice. We will go to the Phoenix west II again but not in condo 804.
