Awesome condo with a spectacular view. It was a great time for the whole family!

Brett Robinson is great to work with. Our room at the Phoenix on the Bay was nice & roomy. I would have given 5 stars but the balcony needed to be swept and the furniture wiped down. Also, the sofa in the living room had stains on it and really needs to be replaced; seems like the springs are shot. We loved the location and convenience to everything. We will definitely look at staying at Phoenix on the Bay again.

I loved my condo 1010. It was amazing. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. It was over the top. The furniture was so beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with beautiful dishes and glassware. Every kitchen gadget imaginable. I loved the wet bar with the ice maker and wine fridge. We were there spring break the first of April.the weather could have been warmer. I wish the outdoor pool was heated because I wanted to lay on the sun but the kids who need supervision wanted to be inside with the heated pools. Loved the area. Loved the grocery carts easily available for lugging in beach toys, groceries and packing.

I have used Brett Robinson for many years. If there is an issue they will solve the problem in a timely fashion.

We loved the condo, very nice!! We are from Arkansas and come to Orange Beach every year. This is the nicest place we have stayed. My grand children had a blast while they were here. Can’t wait until we can come back!

The weather was chilly, which is always possible on spring break.... We were really disappointed to learn only after arrival that none of the outdoor pools were heated. Total bummer. Our dryer hardly worked. After a couple of days of trying to figure out if the problem was the dryer or the user, we put in a maintenance request. the maintenance man stopped by to check it out, but said it wasn't an emergency so he wasn't going to fix it right then. Although I agree, it was not an emergency... It definitely was a total bummer to not be able to bring our laundry home clean.

Love the condo! There was a few real problems. The carpet is very dirty. The king bed mattress is in terrible shape. Living room sofas are dirty. The cleaning crew did a very bad job.

Good times, fun.

Our room was nice but we think some upgrades were needed. The folks in the office were very helpful at all times. We plan to call again to make plans for next year.

Our condo was very clean, attractive and for the most part comfortable. The kitchen was a little sparse for utensils, glasses and the knives were cheap and needed sharping. The couch sagged a lot and should be ungraded, in my opinion. The bed in the master was very comfortable. We enjoyed the first floor to be able to walk right out the door to the pool and beach. There is a background noise off and on and it seems like it's all over the building. It may be related to the water pipes but it was annoying. The indoor pool was a blessing.

An owner from VRBO canceled our reservation that I had booked 6 months before, less than 24 hours before our arrival, and Brett/Robinson staff helped accomodate this stressed out mom, dad, and 5 young children that had nowhere to stay then, over 4th of July! Very helpful, and the condos were fantastic!

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach. Brett Robinson offered many trips which we enjoyed. The employees were very courteous and obliging. We stayed in Phoenix V. The condo was pleasant and we felt “at home”. We recommend everyone that is thinking about renting to contact Brett Robinson.
