Fabulous, no fuss handling of our our purchase of our first home. Instructions were clear and staff were approachable every step of the way. Could not fault you!

The team were always on hand to answer my questions and guide me especially since it was my first time selling a house
Prompt email responses and no issues. Have recommended them to friends. Sometimes less easy to get a hold of by phone but not an issue given the speedy email responses.

Awful company, awful staff. You’ll pay 3 times their quote and they will treat you with contempt over and over again. Please use someone a friend recommends to you. These creatures are useless and do not care.

BBH Legal helped us with the equity release on our property. They were extremely helpful and professional. They made the whole process seamless. We would highly recommend them and would use them again.
One of the worse solicitors in north west, they don’t answer to the emails and phone calls, and basically they said about my self that i do money laundering, avoid at all cost! Rubbish solicitors, sorry to say that , im just saying pure facts

The conveyancing service we got from BBH was exceptionally good throughout. Great communication and they worked incredibly hard to get us to completion in time. We thought we were going to have to rent a property temporarily but BBH stepped us and moved us from mortgage approval to completion in two weeks! I cannot recommend BBH highly enough.
BBH did the conveyancing for a significant Equity Release Mortgage and ownership transfer on my property. They provided (and invoiced) a fixed price, and they provided a prompt, efficient and polite service throughout. I would highly recommend them.
