Got in touch with Anglian water on 17th Feb to report a blocked drain , they sent a contractor on 19th Feb who was unable to clear the blockage,he claimed that he could not jet the drain due to not being insured,so got back in touch with Anglian water who said very sorry and would highlight the problem and l would be phoned back within 24 hours, no contact after 32 hours,so got back in touch with Anglian water to explain the toilet in the house was blocked with sewage and this is now a health emergency, just got the standard reply that I would be phoned back, later that day at 5.59pm the phone rings and surprise surprise it's Connor from Anglian water claiming the drain would be unblocked on Thursday, nobody turned up and no contact from Anglian water, another call to Anglian water early morning Friday, and again was told that I would be phoned back, another blatant pack of lies.. so I had to pay another Drainage company to do Anglian waters job,the job was done very quickly by Alec the superb Drainage expert sent by his company..
