This company does not care about it's customers one iota. In the storms in January we were left with no toilets or drainage for 5 days. When phoning them the agent told me that 'their assets were working' and implied that they did not have to take run off water and but did so as there was no other means for drainage. She blamed the Environment Agency for the flooding and said our situation wasn't a priority. For 5 days we had no choice but to drive to family and/or cafes to use the toilet and wash ourselves. despite many phone calls no support was given. Eventually an engineer called at 20:10 and we were out (having a shower at a friends). A card was left with a smiley face saying they would be in touch!!! They weren't. It was left to me to chase them and I finally got a visit arranged for nearly 4 weeks after the storm!! I rearranged commitments to ensured that I would be at home. They did not turn up! We called an agent who told us we had a job number (linked to the many other calls made about this issue since 2015) and we could view it on line. We can't. No one there cares at all and yet we have no choice in our supplier. There needs to be a way of raising a compliant with them and actually getting action taken. There isn't - all you get is platitudes and no action.
