Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.

I spoke to an amazing person who listened to all my problems and showed such kindness and compassion. All serviced providers should take a leaf out of Anglian water 🌊 for care , support, understanding. Well done

We decided to have a meter put in for cheaper bills it was fixed in very quickly a little bit slower in doing a change in the payment had to ring and or message 3 times But it has now come down lower so that’s a positive
the conversation i had was helpful, and as usual any contact/visit i have with anglian water the staff are always professioal and take their time with an older person

Another company we thought was British, but is actually owned by foreigners operating outside of the UK. So “every drop counts/matters” my neighbour has had a water leak at his home, outside for over a week now. There must have been thousands of litres wasted over this period 24/7 He advised Anglian water over a week ago and their response “ we will get to you,,, when we get to go” It’s 2024 why do we still put up with rubbish companies like this,,, whose priority is paying shareholders and who get away with this nonsens.
Worst company out Anglian water won’t help my parents to see if there could reduce the bill as my dad was terminal ill. Filled the forms out there rang in April the adviser said there could not understand my mum so my mum hung no forwarding letters, or contact I had to contact them today to inform my father has passed away with very unhelpful advisers all about the profit for share holders. It’s not like I can change company’s like electric as I would so just cancelled the so could help there not giving and I will have to work harder to help my mum to pay Anglia water

AWFUL!!!!! Woke up this morning to a email my credit score had been reduced because of missed payments with Anglian Water since Feb???? ESWATER took over Anglian Water then and i have had a up to date direct debit set up ever since. I have not received one letter, email NOTHING from them apart from a report on my credit profile this morning. I was unaware i even still had a balance???? I have never missed a payment on anything in my life. I will be taking this further be aware everyone seems they have a reputation of this!
Rotten to the core. They dump sewage into our rivers and want us to pay. Customer service is vile and shambolic. They have no regard for decency and morality. They are a blott on the landscape of our world. Memememe money and profit for the share holders. They are utterly incredulous and monstrous.
My bill for over 10 years was inaccurate and I called Anglian water over 150 times,emailed over 200 times,recieved hundreds of threatening letters ……..my bill now stands at over £5000 because apparently I was using so much water I could fill an Olympic swimming pool.Anglian water have a water sure tariff for those with handicapped children and although it was available my family wasn’t given it for almost 4 years so when I enquired I was basically told……tough. Anglian water even though the bill was being investigated took me to court and I was given a CCJ meaning my credit rating is so poor i can’t get anything on finance.
Every time I contact Anglian Waters I have been treated with respect over the phone. Recently I got a hefty bill which I know it was wrong so I went to check the reading of the meter and found out that since January 2024 when they changed the old meters to the smart meters the engineers mixed the receiver with one of the other neighbours. I phoned Anglian who organised a visit by the engineer who confirmed that I was correct and apologised for the mistake. I have been given a refund of £101 within a few days after the engineer's visit and adjusted my monthly pay as it should. If you treat the customer service with respect they will treat you back with respect. Well done Anglian Waters and keep up with the good work. Mario
