It's been good but this last time the delivery was not provided when I was told and I ran out of supplies which was very stressful. I ended up having to reuse catheters several times.

I appreciate the automatic reminders about renewing my order and the opportunity to change the order easily. I also like the ease of confirming the order and the inclusion of a reasonable due date from time of receiving the message which makes the process stress-free. And the way 180 Medical always offers to help with problems and actually comes through when needed is truly a treasure in this day and age when service from companies of all sorts is, at best, hard to get. So thank you for your expertise and kindness.
Need to improve quality. bought a set of spica splint, felt it is not worth the money.

Always get my deliveries on time and to our correct address
After being assured that my aged fathers emergency supply of catheters would arrive by Sat. (Next Day) they never did. No fed-ex shipping confirmation no emails and no possibility of reaching any one at 180. I took my 93 year old father to 3 emergency rooms begging for a couple day supply but it is not allowed without admitting the patient. We had to boil used catheters to get through till Monday when his regular shipment arrived 2 weeks late..the emergency supply has still not showed up. Not being able to reach a representative on the weekend is absurd. What a horrible experience for a 93 year old Korean War combat veteran.
