It's been good but this last time the delivery was not provided when I was told and I ran out of supplies which was very stressful. I ended up having to reuse catheters several times.

You always take great care of me. Prompt, reliable and easy to work with if I need to call for assistance.
Thank you so much for always being on time with your deliveries. This is indeed a weird product but I'm so grateful you are all organized to get it to me. I do wish I didn't have to sign on with password etc and send my insurance card etc again. A real bother and you don't remember my password and I don't want to change it.
ATeam! Teamwork is awesome, Everyone I speak to for assistance is always Professional, Prompt, Polite and all seems to Care!!! A service company (team) that takes care of their clients. Thanks to all 180 Medical!!!
Supply is there when reordered, always someone is there to answer questions.
Werde hier sehr gerne wieder bestellen! Vielen Dank!!!

Reliable service. Thank you.
I was sent a new product, which I like, it sticks much better, then what I have received in the past.
Always meets or beats scheduled delivery date.
Always makes sure my orders are filled and on time !!
180Medical is so wonderfully easy to work with. I’ll be forever grateful to the nurse who suggested I give them a try.
Quick delivery of more catheters.
I called because I ran out of cathethers in the middle of a vacation. 180 Medical shipped me 10 demo units, for no charge, overnight, to the place where I was staying. They really cared! Five Stars!!
The staff has always been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable when I have called. When I was going to be out of town before I got my next shipment, they sent me free samples to use during my trip. Paying bills online is very easy.
It is so simple to confirm your monthly orders. Just a few clicks and it is done.
Perfect products delivered fast and problems free! Included the samples I want to try.
Great customer service, orders always on time, if ever any issues someone always contact me.
