Urgently needed supplies not delivered on time as promised.
After being assured that my aged fathers emergency supply of catheters would arrive by Sat. (Next Day) they never did. No fed-ex shipping confirmation no emails and no possibility of reaching any one at 180. I took my 93 year old father to 3 emergency rooms begging for a couple day supply but it is not allowed without admitting the patient. We had to boil used catheters to get through till Monday when his regular shipment arrived 2 weeks late..the emergency supply has still not showed up. Not being able to reach a representative on the weekend is absurd. What a horrible experience for a 93 year old Korean War combat veteran.
