It's been good but this last time the delivery was not provided when I was told and I ran out of supplies which was very stressful. I ended up having to reuse catheters several times.

I have been a client for over 8 years. Their service team is great. The ordering system is simple to use and, importantly, allows flexibility. I have to go back to their service staff including accounting - just the bust.
