Zzoomm Full Fibre broadband Reviews

A new customer who lost connectivity 30mins after engineer left 😬! Marie from installation team arranged for Brett from installation team to visit same day and reconnected within 10 minutes! Both very polite and helpful and service so far has been great.

Lori was excellent with my request, phone was answered promptly, excellent customer service.

I only give them one star because it isn’t possible to give zero. Truly shocking. Constantly drops out. Having to reboot both the server and ALL Sky boxes 5-6 times per night to reset the whole thing, and absolutely no support in trying to resolve. Currently battling to get out of a >£400 charge for cancelling early - for a service they didn’t provide and which I told them I wanted to cancel whilst still in the cancellation period. Avoid at all costs

Been with BeFibre for the last four years, The broadband and service I’ve received has been great, just renewed my contract for another 2 years with the help of RAFF for another unbeatable price . Thanks to all the team !

kaled has made my day, super fast friendly experience.

It was great speaking with Jewel, today. She sorted out a reduced price for my existing service.

I used to shout about Zzooomm. There great and never any issues. Maybe the odd outage but there budget friendly and customer service was okay when needed. Not anymore. Call customer services and its be outsourced to another country. They couldn't care less about you. I'm in the process of leaving my address and the person I lived with is taking over the full tenancy. Stressful time for me and struggling to find a place to live. I have yet to receive a returns box and my contract was terminated 16/07/26 when called to cancel. Email back saying wait for prepaid envelope. If you don't return the equipment its £90 fee. Get an email on the 17th saying there taking £76 from my account as I'm being charged £100 for not returning equipment then minus my credit. Not £90 as the email states and yet to get a prepaid envelope. Called 18th Sep to say I can't afford this and they will send out another envelope and not take the payment yet. 23rd comes along and £76 leaves my account. Called and told there's nothing they can do i need to wait. 24th Comes along and £100 leaves my account. Again charging me twice for not returning equipment. Called again same day to dispute and ask for this to be refunded for the second payment. Big NOPE not till equipment is returned and you'll get both payments back... I've been lied to and no one cares that you can't afford to pay your bills due to a billing error there end. If your looking to go with Zzoomm, Stay away. Crap customer service, Network is down more times then rivals, Others are a little more but for better customer service and better reliability I'd go for any one else then this company.

Great service once again. Mara quickly sorted any problems i had.

JD was very quick to help resolve the issue, Great customer service

James was good

Outgoing call answered quickly by Joyce and my questions were listened to and actioned accordingly, No issues!

I signed up with Befibre 18 months ago, Zzoomm has now taken over, just renewed a contract with them, no haggling, no calling, just renewed via email (the guy I emailed was nice and replied quickly). £1 cheaper contract locked in at no price hike, very simple. Their service isn't bad either, good speed close to the promised amount, rarely cuts out (apart from the phone wifi can cut out sometimes in another room, I live in an apartment perhaps a better box or signal booster would be better, especially for a house) other than that no complaints at all. *reviewed by a gaming geek*
