Sorting out my problems thanlks to Jewel

Been with Zzoomm for 2 years, I haven't had any issues really. When there are issues they seem to be proactive and send text messages. I was paying £32 for 200 Full Fibre but they offered me a loyalty saving, Mara was great in sorting this out

Rung to renew contract and wasn't waiting at all long to be connected to Mary, explained I had email renewal, and that I wanted to keep Btalk. this wasn't a problem and she clearly explained everything, was on hold for a few minuets and then she came back asked me to check email to ensure everything was correct. and that was it done. Thank you Mary.👍👍

I had a cold call from Ridwann who was extremely polite, it was at a busy time for me and he offered to call back but as I was out of contract with my current provider we were able to sort a 2 year deal with no fuss or pressure

Having had a power cut earlier today , the Wi-Fi failed to work. After a call to Zoom and Donna’s help it is now up and running. Donna was so friendly, polite and most helpful. she took me through the process of resetting it and now all is ok. Thank you very much.

Fantastic service. Omar Razak and Stephen Burns attended to install new WiFi after a house move, and they were friendly, conscientious and even cut back the overgrown garden bushes to install the required the fibre boxes etc. As an existing customer the booking process was great with a quick turnaround to get me set up with an appointment on the same week as moving. Excellent customer from start to finish.

I spoke with a guy called Khaled who was very helpful and polite and dealt with all my questions and requirements promptly and professionally. I have never had a bad experience with Befibre (Zzoomm) and would highly recommend them.
