Good contract renewal, good service.
I signed up with Befibre 18 months ago, Zzoomm has now taken over, just renewed a contract with them, no haggling, no calling, just renewed via email (the guy I emailed was nice and replied quickly). £1 cheaper contract locked in at no price hike, very simple. Their service isn't bad either, good speed close to the promised amount, rarely cuts out (apart from the phone wifi can cut out sometimes in another room, I live in an apartment perhaps a better box or signal booster would be better, especially for a house) other than that no complaints at all. *reviewed by a gaming geek*
