Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Purchase

Ordered a product that said it would ship in three days. It has been two weeks. Most frustrating issue is you can not get any response through case number, phone call,email absolutely impossible to get anyone to get you an answer. Terrible customer service

SO BAD DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I’ve waited over two months for my package. I then cancelled my order two weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund. Customer service is absolutely horrible. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Got a good price on the items I wanted. Bought them online on a Sunday afternoon and received items in perfect condition on a Tuesday morning. Will use again.

Slow service and false promises

They sold an item with 2 to 4 day shipping. It took me 3 emails and 2 calls over the next 2 weeks to find out it wasn't in stock. Then it took another 2 calls and 3 more emails over the next week to cancel my order. Its now been 4 weeks since my initial order and I still haven't received a refund.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Ordered on April 20 2020 Got no info about order Called them 10 days later asking about shipping, confirmation, estimated arrival... as site said 3 day delivery I was told the vendor will be contacted and it takes 48 hours for reply 3 days later NOTHING Called and said what is going on They said "Oh vendor said back ordered and it will be shipped June 30th!!!!! AGAIN- I had to call them NO COMMUNICATION I called today because I cancelled order never got confirmation of cancellation or refund Was told they are working on it and someone named Porsha works during the days and processes cancelled orders and she was not in when I called. What is this a company or not? I should of read the reviews BEWARE Even if it is more expensive somewhere else .. just don't use Zoro By the way they offered me a 10% discount... laughable- I had to even pay for shipping so $5 does not make up for the hassle

ORDERED SHELVING WHICH WAS DELIVERED IN JUST A FEW DAYS. I THOUGHT THE SHELVES WERE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE AND CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPORT THAT THE SHELVES WERE NOT SHIPPED. FOUND OUT THAT THE SHELF SUPPORTS WERE INCLUDED, BUT THE PARTICLE BOARD SHELVES WERE NOT. ZORO WAS WILLING TO SEND RETURN AUTHORIZATION AT THERE EXPENSE, OR TO SHIP ME THE PARTICLE BOARD SHELVES FREE OF CHARGE, IN ADDITION TO CHANGING THE WORDING TO AVOID CONFUSION FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS. I KEPT THE SHELVING UNITS, ALONG WITH THE SHELVING AND, AFTER SETTING UP THE UNITS, DECIDED THAT THEY WERE A GOOD VALUE AND ORDERED TWO ADDITIONAL UNITS

They don't care

They don't care I've been calling them for a week on my order update They consolidated my shipment which then delayed it by 3 days so they can save money The customer services don't really care about the order, they're just passing time.

Ordered Rust-oleum CombiColor…

Ordered Rust-oleum CombiColor Multisurface paint from here. Payment taken & received order confirmation email very quickly with an expected delivery date of 20th April. Then received dispatch email on the 16th April and arrived on the 16th!! Very impressed, arrived 4 days BEFORE they told me it would arrive.
