NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

I purchase a product (Bi-Pass Closet…

I purchase a product (Bi-Pass Closet Track Kit, 72"L x 2-5/8"W) at zoro site, I wanted and finally, they sent me the wrong part (2"w not 2-5/8"W) of course that does not help me, so I called they apologize and said they will send the right parts this time. I asked to verify its really 2-5/8"W, they did. I waited 10 days , and then been notified by my bank that they refund me the order why ? I called zoro and apparently, they do not even have that part, and never sent it (10 days ago) and of course did not think to tell me so I wont waste my time. of course they refund me the wrong amount (did not refund shipping as their policy is not to define shipping, even if they are not shipping anything !! really ?) so basically its a company that charges you for parts they do not have and charge you for shipping even when they do not ship anything, or ship the wrong part, and of course does not care your time, so not care enough to tell you about it. after I scream about it, they said they will refund the whole thing. I will never buy in Zoro.com anymore ,many other stores that care about customers ...

Great price. Arrived on-time. I was hesitant to order a $7,300 water heater on-line but everything worked out perfectly.

I had ordered several repair parts for my water heater from Zoro.com. When the unit finally failed for good, I went ahead and ordered a replacement (Rheem HE119-199) from Zoro. Based on the many negative reviews I was concerned that spending $7,300 with them may be risky but my past experiences had been excellent. After I placed my order (using my discount code for a further price reduction) I was disappointed to see no order confirmation emailed to me, even after 24 hours. I called and finally got through to their customer service. They found my order and promptly sent me an email to confirm. I did receive a freight tracking number on the email, but I could not get the carrier's site to recognize it. Fortunately, several days later the unit arrived. It was packaged in an original shipping crate from the manufacturer and arrived completely perfect. What surprised me the most was that the order was fulfilled through a national retailed that had it's name and inventory labels still on the crate. This national retailer was selling the exact same unit on their website for about 20% more money. My plumber installed the unit and it works great. I am very satisfied with my order from Zoro.com.

They always ship quite slowly, very undependable.

They always ship quite slowly. The latest time, they charged my card, and then a month later said the item was out of stock because of Covid-19. It was listed as in stock when ordered. Very undependable.

The experience I had with them was great. Ordered thermometers from them on 3/17/20 and received them on 3/19/20. It seems like they have an unusually low rating on this site so I wanted to let people know that they shouldn’t be afraid to give them a chance.

They shipped my order to the wrong address

They shipped my order to the wrong address. Then canceled it. Now I have to wait for the refund and place a new order that will arrive... who knows when? Really really amateurish.

Extremely Poor communication and customer service

I wouldn't recommend shopping from them. The customer service and communication is awful. They kept billing me something for something I didn't have which I told them but they ignored. Sloppy business.

shipped even though out of stock?

Ordered something. Tried to cancel on Friday but they shipped it the following Wednesday "not enough time to cancel" with supplier and gave me a tracking number. So Saturday they notified me that they cancelled my order because the item was out of stock. it was in stock when I ordered it. So how do you cancel an order when the items are still in transit? I have better things to do then wait for invisible items to never arrive. If you order anything, eben if it is in stock, good luck. Doubt that anything was ever shipped.

I'd give lower if I could

I'd give lower if I could. Garbage - dont waste your time. I purchased masks for employees i case we needed. The smallest amount I could buy, which was one case- not a hoarder and trying not to stess the system. This was 30 days ago before all the widespread panic. Order was processed, long story short, they cancelled over 30 days later. I had called 2x prevous to check on stock and make sure we would receive. The problem is they do not have live inventory and their CS reps dont have a clue how to even check inventory with the vendor. Online ecommerce with no sense of inventory availability is a waste of time.

Smart strip is the best product

Smart strip is the best product. It stripped my black door down to bare wood. I applied once waited 30 minutes and scrapped it off. Some spots needed a second coat. Love it. Thank you for safe, clean way to aid in stripping the paint off my door.
