NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. WENT ON THEIR SITE TO TRACK MESSAGE WAS We sincerely apologize that the below item(s) from your order (WB6847383837) did not ship as expected. We're working with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

I accidentally ordered 2 instead of 1…

I accidentally ordered 2 instead of 1 item. I have called twice and was on hold for 20 minutes both times. Two emails have gone unanswered. What the? It's been days and no response from the company.

Placed an order April 29th

Placed an order April 29th, got an email May 8th saying it was delayed until May 19th. Understanding this was a heightened time for online business I was patient. Today, May 27th I finally called to see what the deal was and was notified it was actually delayed through July 10th. Had never received another delay notice to that point and finally decided to cancel the order. Won't ever order from them again, and i urge everyone else not to either.

Do not waste your time

Do not waste your time ordering from This company. Their website shows items that aren’t even available. I ordered a chair April 7th. It never indicated it was on backorder. As of May 27 I still didn’t have the chair and continued to get fake shipping dates and the run around. I wound up having to pay more on a legit site

Very poor customer service.

Placed an order over 11 business days ago. No updates, has not shipped. I have tried to call and I wait for 45 minutes but no one ever picks up. I have emailed three different times over the past week and they never respond to emails. Terrible customer service.

These people are a complete waste of…

These people are a complete waste of time and scam artists! I placed an order a week before Mothers day with the expectations of it being delivered the day before. (As it was stated on the order delivery date) 3 weeks goes by and no shipping confirmation email. I have called 5 different times and waited over an hour to only keep hearing a recording looped. Have not been able to get in touch with anyone to this day. I sent an email, and 2 weeks later I get a reply that says: "Hello, Thank you for your recent order with Zoro. I regret to inform you that we have been notified from our supplier that your item is currently out of stock. At this time the recovery date is unknown due to pandemic related limitations.Β  If you wish to keep your order open, no further action will be required. Your order will automatically remain open and will ship as soon as possible." So over 3 weeks waiting just to tell me that my item is out of stock. NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL, NOTHING. Worst of all, in order to cancel the order I have to CALL the company who will not answer the d**n phone. This is ridiculous, I do not understand how they are in business. They wont last very long at this rate.

Excellent experience and wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

I live in UT and placed my order on the 20th and had everything on the 22nd. I'm not sure what issues others are having, but I got everything quickly, for a good price, free shipping, and didn't have to call anyone. Perhaps there are issues with larger purchases/items, but I would buy from here again.

Don't listen to any of the positive reviews. This place is complete dumpster trash. 2-3 days for shipping. More like 2-3 weeks before its even left for delivery....if you're lucky. Hope this place goes out of business.

More than impressed

I've placed two orders with Zoro for some high-quality Knipex tools. The first order was placed on a Sunday, shipped Monday, and received Tuesday. The second order was placed on Thursday, shipped the same day, and received Friday. Both were shipped via UPS. And, the tools were all exactly as described. At a time when the number 1 online retailer has been struggling to keep up, Zoro has really stepped-up. Prices are comparable, and with the promotions I found for 15% off the first order, and 20% off the second, the prices couldn't be beat. I will start making Zoro my go-to. I am impressed.

They allowed me to return with no problems

I ordered a boat lift motor and received it the next day. Through no fault of zoro it was the wrong motor and I ordered another from them , it too turned out to be the wrong motor I needed, no fault again on zoro’s part! I called for a refund for both motors and received a prepaid ups label and after a few days a full refund on both of the motors! They even refunded the original freight! Even though I didn’t end up using the equipment I purchased I find them to be a reliable source for the future! I will definitely order from zoro again!
