WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Ordered on April 20 2020 Got no info about order Called them 10 days later asking about shipping, confirmation, estimated arrival... as site said 3 day delivery I was told the vendor will be contacted and it takes 48 hours for reply 3 days later NOTHING Called and said what is going on They said "Oh vendor said back ordered and it will be shipped June 30th!!!!! AGAIN- I had to call them NO COMMUNICATION I called today because I cancelled order never got confirmation of cancellation or refund Was told they are working on it and someone named Porsha works during the days and processes cancelled orders and she was not in when I called. What is this a company or not? I should of read the reviews BEWARE Even if it is more expensive somewhere else .. just don't use Zoro By the way they offered me a 10% discount... laughable- I had to even pay for shipping so $5 does not make up for the hassle
