Slow service and false promises
They sold an item with 2 to 4 day shipping. It took me 3 emails and 2 calls over the next 2 weeks to find out it wasn't in stock. Then it took another 2 calls and 3 more emails over the next week to cancel my order. Its now been 4 weeks since my initial order and I still haven't received a refund.
