NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

I ordered an RV receiver and it stated…

I ordered an RV receiver and it stated "will ship in 2-3 business days" and it did say "dropped shipped". After a week I called and they apologized and said "well, it was dropped shipped" as if that explains all problems. I asked for any kind of tracking info and they apologized and said they would call the company and get more information and then update me. After about another week, I called and they told me the exact same thing and still did not get a call or email. I called a third time and again I got the "Oh, it is a drop shipment"....at least this time she was able to tell me that it "should" be shipped in about a week. I understand that sometimes items are on backorder but Zoro needs to be on top of these items and not advertise 3-5 days on items they should know are out of stock at the shipper....

Shipping delays every time

They say items will ship within 1 day, but it is a lie. They are always backed up and customer service just keeps saying it will ship the next day. Use Amazon, not zoro. Worst mistake ever

ordered a desk from zoro

I ordered a desk from zoro, worst customer service. The order was supposed to arrive on the 6th of April, they tried delivering it on the 9th and the reason they couldn’t deliver it was because the trailer didn’t fit in the parking lot mind you we are in a professional building with lots of space to park. So I ended up receiving the following Monday only for the delivery guy to tell me he can’t deliver it because it’s too heavy for him oh and they don’t deliver to the second floor (I had already spoken to a rep. Previously and they knew we were on the 2nd floor). I called zoro and there answer was well at least you received it earlier than the ETA delivery and the delivery wasn’t there problem) I also called the delivery company, YRC and they basically told us the same thing. If I could put a zero for a rate I definitely would. Never ordering from them again.

They sent the wrong product and now I have to pay for their mistake

I purchased a cabinet from them and they sent me the wrong product. When I called to get the right one sent, they offered to ship the right one to me so I would get the packaging from the new one, to package the wrong one to send back (I live in a building and they had already broken down the box/packaging). I had to reach out to them twice to find out the item I wanted wasn't actually in stock, they *might* be able to ship it to me in 21 business days and if I wanted a refund I have to "patchwork boxes" to enclose the wrong one they sent me so I can send it back to get my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. If a company makes a mistake like this they should be absorbing the cost. Wild that they have me hunting for boxes to patchwork together to send back their cabinet so they refund me. I'm livid. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ordered two very simple luggage locks…

Ordered two very simple luggage locks and received two completely different luggage locks. Waited 15 mins on phone for help, and gave up. Sent email that was answered in a few hours with a promise of free return and credit. We'll see. But even so a pain the ass. My assumption is they have a category for luggage locks, and simply sub substituted what they have in stock. I will never use this source again.

Terrible company..

Terrible company... they are literally a middle man. Orde placed April 3rd nothing for 2 weeks till I call multiple time (while waiting on hold for 35 mins!). Only then do I get a shipping notification. However, only half my orde ships and now told it is out of stock (when it was clearly listed as IN STOCK on their website) and won’t be shipped for another two weeks +. Absolutely worthless company which false advertising (millions of products in stock my a$$). Customer service offers “sincere apologies” and nothing else. Complete waste of time and money.

Above and beyond

*** lost a package I needed badly to get to me. My whole lil business pretty much shut down and I was panicked. Sarah at Zoro calmly asked if I wanted a refund or to reorder. (which kinda annoyed me. How could she be so calm at this! LoL) I wasn't unpleasant but was not real calm, either. She not only got it in the works that day, but sent it expedited and it's due here one day after! Way above and beyond. I notice a lot of their negative reviews are due to lost, late shipments. *** told me they, Zoro take care of these in-house now. This really did save the day for me. They were just great threw the whole thing. Also, the piece of equipment was a lot cheaper than I could find elsewhere. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Very Poor Policy About Late Shipping

I ordered a cabinet from Zoro about a month ago. The item was supposed to be drop shipped from Tennsco on March 19. I contacted Zoro on the 19th and they couldn't really give me any information about the shipment. I called again on the 22nd and they still could not tell me anything and said that I would have to wait 6 business days (thus 8 days) for an update on an item that was already late. I contacted Tennsco and they told me to ask Zoro what the order number was and they could tell me the ship date. When I called Zoro back the CSR was extremely patronizing telling me that she had explained the rules to me many times. Ultimately Zoro refused to provide the order number and also refused to call the number that Tennsco gave me. Bad customer service all the way around at Zoro, unfortunately. Also, note that the best reviews here are from people with exactly one review and generally come on the same day or exactly one business day later than a bad review. Seems their time could be better spent providing actual customer service. Buyer beware.
