I ordered an RV receiver and it stated…
I ordered an RV receiver and it stated "will ship in 2-3 business days" and it did say "dropped shipped". After a week I called and they apologized and said "well, it was dropped shipped" as if that explains all problems. I asked for any kind of tracking info and they apologized and said they would call the company and get more information and then update me. After about another week, I called and they told me the exact same thing and still did not get a call or email. I called a third time and again I got the "Oh, it is a drop shipment"....at least this time she was able to tell me that it "should" be shipped in about a week. I understand that sometimes items are on backorder but Zoro needs to be on top of these items and not advertise 3-5 days on items they should know are out of stock at the shipper....
