I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Not as bad as the many of these reviews suggest.

Ordered from them last Monday (24/5/21), received all the correct parts, new in packaging, on Friday (28/5/21). Since they are just a retail establishment I do not expect them to be responsible for the operation of the equipment, but do expect a refund if it does not work. As of today I am very happy with the service Zoro has provided.

I have purchased from this website twice, and both of these times they have promised me a shipping date and then pushed it until eventually they cancelled my order. They have wasted my time twice, they let me purchase, wait for over 10 days before they let me know it's cancelled, twice! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, I AM SURE THEY JUST DO DROP SHIP FROM AMAZON OR OTHER WEBSITES. THEY DO NOT CARRY THE PRODUCTS AND THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED.

Shocking company and service!

Ordered on 25/3/21 for an 'in stock' item. Item not delivered. Started asking for a refund a month after ordering as the item had not been delivered. Still no refund of as today, 19/5/21. Shocking customer service and borderline theft.

terrible! selling products they say are in stock and will ship in 3 days but are really backordered for 6 months. next to impossible to get customer service to respond and they dont issue refunds until they speak to the vendor?! they used the word "eventually" more than a few times. Avoid this site like covid 19!

Zoro is just a bunch of LIES in doing business

This is about Zoro, the seller, which is a bunch of LIES in its way of doing business, in my recent buying experiences of a ladder: 1) Return policy says "returnable to store", LIE #1 - you can not; 2) Shipping within 24 hours of order placement, LIE #2 - I placed order on Fri, they shipped on next Tue under pressure; 3) saying order placed on Fri. only reached Zoro system on Tue, LIE #3 - in this e-world, it should be instant, unless Zoro is on Mars. So, as a result, I will never buy things from a Walmart marketplace vendor again! Attention, Walmart, the platform provider! Surprised there is NO comment item about SERVICE in a world all about service!

Company is owned by Grainger

Company is owned by Grainger, so if i wouldve known that then i would figure that their online website would be ten times lazier and no where to turn to for actual help. They basically just resell products from other companies for a jacked up price. Dealing with a route guy who was suppose to keep me stocked up was promises, promises then bs bs bs over and over again if he actually showed up. Then if he did bring an order, he didnt want to stick around for me to check and verify it. Got shafted on parts replaced with cheaper ones or less than what i was charged, or cheaper material. I ordered from zoro.com not knowing it was Grainger and i have now been waiting 8 months for a refund or the crap i ordered, all i get is we are sorry we dont know, wait 7 to 10 days for a credit, and its only bad because of covid. Im so tired of the covid excuses. I run my company and get it done even if i have to do it myself, a customer should never have to deal with bs and excuses. But big American companies only care about profit and the customer is wrong, its gotten to be back wards these days here in the world.

Poor operations and customer service.

I ordered bubble wrap from Zoro on April 15th and no precut in a week and a half. I called it and they insisted to give it one more day; I did and still no products. I had product I the warehouse waiting to ship and upset customers. I call back to cancel the order and Im told 7-10 days to get my money back. Three weeks later NO refund and a shipping update message and a debit made to my account in the amount of 150.00, STRANGE!!!!! I never got a refund and I'm being charged another 150.00!!!!!! I call in they apologize but tell me the same thing about my refunds--7 to 10 days. This is the worst company on the face of the planet. They screw you over and do nothing to make it right! Do yourself a favor and order from Uline!! a bit pricey but you get your product and they make their mistakes right!!!

horrible customer service

horrible customer service and inferior products. i was very unhappy with the poor quality of items received and contacted customer service. i was told to throw item away, no need to return and i would receive a full refund. Well that was over 2 weeks ago and NO refund, and NO other communication.
