CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Great experience with Zoro

Great experience with Zoro! It offers price advantage though shipping might be a little slower than amazon, but it arrived faster than expected. Highly recommend!

If I can give zero star

If I can give zero star, I would. I placed an order for an exit light fixture on 3/3/21. I waited and waited until 3/9/21 and still no update - email or phone call. I called and was told it's coming from their 3rd party vendor and can't do much about it. I asked for my order to be reviewed and followed up with their vendor. The customer service rep I spoke with was nice enough to promise that I will hear from her no matter what on that same day. Nothing at all. No email no phone call. It is now 3/11/21 end of business day and still nothing. Two more days came and went and still no update. What a terrible service Zoro.com provides. I don't write reviews a lot but the service is just plain and utterly poor. I purchased a couple of times from them in the past and my experiences from those were mediocre but I thought I'll try one more time. I didn't pay much attention to the bad reviews that consumers posted about Zoro. Was I so wrong. I cancelled my order. I wasted so much time coupled with frustrations so never again that I will consider Zoro in the future.

Wow!!!

Wow!!!! I just had a fantastic experience with an order from Zoro. After reading the negative reviews I was Leary of ordering, but those unbeatable prices lured me in and I am so glad I decided to place an order. I called to ensure my items were in stock and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable voice that assured me the items were in stock. I placed the order for four clamps that were delivered in four days free shipping, other vendors wanted $35.00 each to ship. Thank you ZORO, GREAT JOB!!!

No...I won't wait another 6 days after waiting a month.

ordered Feb 2. Immediate order confirmation. Then a follow up, (paraphrased) 'zoro backorder item you should will have by Feb 15' will ship after that date. Then nothing by March1. Not a single contact. I recontacted them, Um yeah we need another 6 days to get response from vendor. BS! Cancel order. Crap Company do NOT bother with this company they SUCK! Should have checked reviews immediately. BUYER BEWARE!

I was impressed by their customer service!

I ordered small storage bins for organization. They were quick to respond to my email and I got a lightning fast refund for items that were the wrong size (totally my fault!) Their prices are good, shipping costs reasonable—I will continue to purchase from them and recommend them to my friends.

Shipped Wrong Item, No Action

Purchased multiple items and one was the incorrect size. Sent an email with picture of wrong item and they replied they would get back to me. Over a week later and nothing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as those that did there had their issues resolved. Poor communication, poor consideration for customer needs. If you aren't treated fairly I suggest the BBB. Oh, Kyle Reese? Seriously? Come with me if you want to live.

Shameful

Zoro hugely mislead with delivery times for protective equipment, notifying regularly of increasing delays, leaving the customer without equipment for long periods of time, irritating offers to cancel after having waited for ages adds to the frustration. Dangerous and incompetent service. Go elsewhere and pay a few pounds extra.

Terrible Service

If I could give no stars, I would. Worst customer service ever! Ordered a tent, THEY shipped the wrong one. Wouldn’t send us the right one until WE made arrangements to have the wrong one returned which we did. Correct tent STILL HASN’T SHIPPED! I’ve spoke now to at least 6 different customer service reps and 1 manager, STILL NO TENT! We will NEVER order from Zoro again.
