They sent the wrong product and now I have to pay for their mistake

I purchased a cabinet from them and they sent me the wrong product. When I called to get the right one sent, they offered to ship the right one to me so I would get the packaging from the new one, to package the wrong one to send back (I live in a building and they had already broken down the box/packaging). I had to reach out to them twice to find out the item I wanted wasn't actually in stock, they *might* be able to ship it to me in 21 business days and if I wanted a refund I have to "patchwork boxes" to enclose the wrong one they sent me so I can send it back to get my refund. Absolutely ridiculous. If a company makes a mistake like this they should be absorbing the cost. Wild that they have me hunting for boxes to patchwork together to send back their cabinet so they refund me. I'm livid. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
