Zamplebox: From Amazing to an Utter Joke

Zamplebox has gone from being an amazing service to an utter joke/bordering on a scam. I had been subscribed to their monthly juice box for a few years and was getting 12 bottles a month. My June box was charged normally on 6/13/21, but never shipped. I attempted to contact them multiple times -- both through their online chat service, and through submitting a ticket via their support site. I never received any response to any of these attempts to communicate with them. So 3 weeks later, I performed a chargeback with my credit card company for non-delivery of goods. Then my June box finally showed up -- over a MONTH later, on July 15. My chargeback was reversed because Zamplebox provided the USPS tracking number showing it was delivered. Fine, I thought. I got my juice, but Zamplebox is obviously having problems getting shipments out. The vape industry got hit hard by the legislation passed by Congress and enacted roughly Mar/Apr 2021. I know they were trying to work things out and moving warehouses. So I skipped my July box in order to give them time to sort their stuff out, and just bought juice locally. They then sent out an email in late July stating that they had cleared their backlog of shipments and that things would be getting back to normal. So I let my August box get charged as normal on 8/13/21. I cancelled my subscription to Zamplebox on 8/27/21 after receiving no indication from them that my box had shipped for 2 weeks. I also disputed the charge with my credit card based on their failure to deliver. Then, like magic, 3 days later on 8/30/21 I get a notice that my box had been shipped. Too little, too late, Zamplebox! I'm not coming back -- I already found another subscription box service (vape-box dot com) that has been WAY more responsive. But I was interested to see what would come in the box since others had complained recently of not receiving all of their order. And sure enough -- instead of 12 bottles, there were only 8. And it's not even that someone just forgot to put in 4 bottles ... the packing list in the box only listed 8 bottles. Yet, in their email to me asking me to review the flavors of the August box, they list 12 bottles. So they knowingly, and purposefully, shorted me juice in the box. And yet they continue to send out emails talking about how they f*cked up, how it wasn't their fault, but they're all good now and caught up, and imploring people to leave good reviews and offering discounts to sway people back. Yet they still do not answer any form of contact I try to make. They still either owe me 4 more bottles, or they need to pony up a shipping label so I can send these 8 bottles back to them and refund the charge they made on 8/13/21. Zamplebox used to be a great experience, but they have failed in so many ways since spring of 2021 and anyone even thinking of using them for either a subscription box or even just for a regular order should stay far, far away.
