Same old crappy customer service.

I decided to give these losers a second chance. I ordered juice on Friday, and here it is Thursday and it still says processing. So I had to spend money AGAIN that I don't really have to buy juice elsewhere, which by the way was ordered yesterday and shipped yesterday. It will be here by Saturday (3 days after ordering). Don't fall for their seemingly heartfelt emails claiming they have changed, and things are back to normal. They are at least responding to messages now, but all I am getting are excuses as to why my order has not shipped in nearly a week. Fool me once, fool me twice, ya know. Never again. Update - it is now the weekend again. They finally claimed they ran out of a flavoring. Huh? I thought the juice I ordered was made by other companies? Yet another excuse I assume. So I picked a replacement flavor. Will come back and update this when my package actually ships. Not very hopeful. Worst online shopping experience since online shopping began.
