Missing Subscription Juices
My husband and I had a subscription each of twelve (12) juices per month. For our boxes in July 2021 - we received both of our boxes extremely late - sometime in August. My box was missing two (2) juices and my husbands four (4) juices. As all the negative reviews state as of late - we tried contacting them several times over the course of around fourteen (14) days with no luck. We sadly terminated our monthly subscriptions immediately after receiving my husbands box. It is sad - we have used their services with no issues for several years - their issues started around April of 2021 and have continued through July 2021. We have received several emails asking us to continue to use their services which have included coupons. It is a joke at this point - until we have received a shipment for the juices we paid for and did not receive, a partial refund or some sort of personal communication directly apologizing to us we have no plans on using their service again. I had no plans to leave a review since they already had so many negative reviews but I just received an email from ZampleBox asking me to share my positive thoughts and why I still support their business with a direct link to this website. Shady! I believe their service will get better eventually but this company needs to do more than sending out these pathetic emails and meaningless apologies to their loyal customers.
