Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
I went to the Waves car wash at Gallows Corner in Romford late this afternoon with my elderly Ford Fiesta Finesse. I asked for the basic wash for £10 but an elderly angry man told me that my car was large (!) and would be the volume 3 price. I had no idea what he was talking about and wondered whether he had learning difficulties. I walked away as I did not wish to deal with him any further. I came home and checked out the difficult to understand rules for pricing on the Waves website. When I worked out the volume for my car, I found that it was, as I had thought, volume 1. I then took my car to my local car wash and paid £5 for my car to be cleaned. Needless to say that I won't be going back to Waves.
Just tried to get my car cleaned in Tesco’s amesbury told the guy I had dog hair in back would pay extra if needed…no good no good no good have never had any issues before today won’t use again
Terrible Experience at Waves Car Wash in Orpington, fraud operation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I recently visited Waves Car Wash in Orpington and asked for Platinum wash. After 2 hours of waiting ( as they were busy and needed enough time to do a decent job) they just did a Bronze-level service and hoped i wouldn't notice the blatant downgrade.
Upon pointing out the issues, Ali, the manager, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Not only did he refuse to address the problems promptly, but he also had the audacity to demand upfront payment for any further work. His aggressive attitude left me feeling cheated and mistreated.
In summary, Waves Car Wash is a den of fraud and theft. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. I certainly won’t be going back.
Wasn't completely happy on my first visit to Sutton/Cheam branch, as I had to ask them to clean the mats even though they'd supposedly done them already, I also noticed dirty watermarks on the bodywork. Foolishly went back a second time and on this occasion, there are scratches down the side, bonnet and roof - all of which they are denying responsibility. The manager swore at me, saying he'd been trusted with much more expensive cars. Disgusted and angry.
Very disappointed, this place used to be great,( Highwoods Tesco waves car wash )now with those news people, I have to say: they do a mediocre service and charge a lot of money. They are abusing in the price . Guess what : with the service and price that you guys are charging you will lost all ur customers soon . I will not return… feels like I’ve been robbed
Good carwash tbh but the price is a bit high
£110 gets you the works but after talking to a mate of mine he said that there were cheaper ones out there
Left my small car here whilst I went shopping for an outside wash. Left it plenty of time. Car still dirty and no attention to detail as cobwebs still hanging off it. I asked them to be particularly careful as an old car and had spent a fortune renovating it and was astonished to find the billet handles all scratched, bumpers still dirty. AVOID. I HAVE DONE BETTER JOB MYSELF. 25 quid!
Used tesco automatic car wash unit 6 Harlech retail park newport gwent, used my credit card to pay scaned the card payment accepted drove into the cars wash nothing happend tried several times still did not work, whent in and seen one of the girls in the petrol station she came out and tried again card excepted and she said the first payment couldn't have gone through drove the car into car wash and it worked OK.
Checked my credit card afterwards and it showed two payments spoke to the girl in the petrol station and she said i would have to email the company not tescos emailed tesco wilcoaumatic which I did five hours later heard nothing from them so emailed them again saying that if I did not receive any response from them by tomorrow i would cancelled one of the payment's two hours later
i received a response saying that it would take 72 hours to sort the complaint out, I waited 72 hours no response so I emailed them again no response from that email so I rang them again someone picked up the phone they did not introduce them self's so I asked them who they were they replied who do you want I explained what whent on and he said someone would ring you in the morning, no one rang so filled in a complaint form which said they would get back to me shortly that did not happen so i resent the form still no response, so I rang my credit card company which refunded my money ,one week later still have had no response from wilco automaic car wash,on there app site they are bosting that they have a high standard in customer service I think not I don't think they know what customer service means.
Waste of time and money!! Had £50 wash and valet. Still dirty inside and that’s not me being picky. Was planning on taking another 3 cars over the weekend will try and find another company now Tesco flitwick
