Service here has gone down so badly over the past couple of months, to a point I'm now boycotting the whole firm.
My brand new car, one month old, now has two paint chips in my gloss black bumper and the boss firstly wouldn't accept liability then held my keys hostage until I'd paid the full cleaning cost, despite causing obvious damage to my vehicle!
I check my rear bumper every day to ensure my kids havent scratched it with their bags, because this car is my pride and joy!
Had a gold star service done. Was anything but a gold service first and last time using this wash.
The under seal was clearly not wash properly they try to mask it up with some spray but since it was not clean it will not get shine, when asked was the car wash properly I got told they tried it 3 times but the haze comes back that’s coz the car body was not properly washed to start with.
They good if you need a quick clean don’t bother spending too much with them it’s pointless.
Will wash it myself over the weekend.
GO TO A DIFFERENT CAR WASH! Absolutely awful. I paid £120 for an in depth valet and it came out horrendously, broken glass still in the car dust everywhere and even worse they took everything out of my car and kept onto it for a while which I hadn’t realised until I had gone. When I came to get my stuff back one worker had my charger and was using it in his own car! Showed them the dirt and dust and glass and only hoovered my car again no refund or partial refund at all. I will not be going back here.
Quite possibly the worst car valet ever, car still dirty both inside and a £40 wash done in 15 minutes. Waves say it's the franchises problem, I say its theres since their name is on the sign. So watch the video of them not doing the car properly or driving it properly on social media. Let's see how waves like their brand shown to be as bad as it is
Just had my car cleaned at Tescos in Cheltenham. The men had gone into my glove box and something I had put in there they have stolen. Also seats still not clean. My advice would be not to go there or if you do do not leave anything In your car.
Will definitely not be going back and not at all impressed.
Bromley by Bow - worst car wash I have ever taken my vehicle to, left the body and wheels dirty and then tried to claim that it was brake dust from moving the vehicle 3 feet. Will definitely never be going back - total rip off
Just tried to get my Qashqai washed at Tesco, New Milton. Have used car wash before with no problems however today a guy there said it would cost me £12 instead of usual £9 for a large car outside wash. I asked why it was £3 more and he said it was his car wash and he could charge what he liked! Couldn't believe he said that to me. Won't be going there any more.
WARNING: Do not use car wash at Pembury, Tunbridge Wells. Same experience as others: they tried to lie to me about the size of my car and damaged it when cleaning. They kept lying to me about the damage despite being caught on camera. They also refused to refund me. Would give zero rating if possible. Go somewhere else if you value your car.
Un-profesional and argued with me when I insisted my car was not a large car I'll let you tell me if you believe my 3 door Vauxhall Corsa is a large car or not. And massively expensive at £18. you pay the dodgy guy down a dodgy side street in Birmingham £10 for a much better and friendlier service and a much cleaner car with attention to detail as well.
Such a rude man running the Waves car wash in Lewes. He tried to charge me £15 more than the price advertised without even looking at my car. After experiencing rudeness from the people who work in the Burgess Hill branch I was willing to give the company another chance. Never again
Very poor service at Tesco Extra in Slough, got back to car, lower passenger side still filthy, guy went on about that they'd done the interior, glass, wheels etc. I paid for silver service £20 and the exterior was appalling. They tried to wipe off dirt of with a rag which I stopped him doing as I didn't want the paintwork scratched.
