Terrible Experience at Waves Car Wash in Orpington, fraud operation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I recently visited Waves Car Wash in Orpington and asked for Platinum wash. After 2 hours of waiting ( as they were busy and needed enough time to do a decent job) they just did a Bronze-level service and hoped i wouldn't notice the blatant downgrade. Upon pointing out the issues, Ali, the manager, displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Not only did he refuse to address the problems promptly, but he also had the audacity to demand upfront payment for any further work. His aggressive attitude left me feeling cheated and mistreated. In summary, Waves Car Wash is a den of fraud and theft. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. I certainly won’t be going back.
