Sizing is terrible and inconsistent. When you receive the shoes which are the wrong size, you have to pay for the pleasure of returning them! Whoever is responsible for checking the sizing of the shoes is incompetent and must be replaced.

I went to the Waves car wash at Gallows Corner in Romford late this afternoon with my elderly Ford Fiesta Finesse. I asked for the basic wash for £10 but an elderly angry man told me that my car was large (!) and would be the volume 3 price. I had no idea what he was talking about and wondered whether he had learning difficulties. I walked away as I did not wish to deal with him any further. I came home and checked out the difficult to understand rules for pricing on the Waves website. When I worked out the volume for my car, I found that it was, as I had thought, volume 1. I then took my car to my local car wash and paid £5 for my car to be cleaned. Needless to say that I won't be going back to Waves.
