Norman called re our booking. He dealt with both my husband and I in a conference call. He Patiently explained about a better flight time. Gave an overview on what actions will be done. And kept in touch with us when he said he would. Lastly for Norman Happy Birthday for next month

Do not book the ticket from travel…

Do not book the ticket from travel trolley if you want to amend or upgrade the flight ticket. They charge you 3times more than normal. Not using travel trolley anymore. Made me pay 50 pound more for an amendable ticket and when i asked to amend the ticket they are asking for 317 pounds. And when I asked if I could upgrade to a deluxe from value fare etihad they are saying you need to pay extra 370 pounds. Not going to use travel trolley again. Customers please be aware. - reply for your response - why didnt your agent provide information that the first change was free and only the fare difference would be taken? Why did they make me pay 50 pounds instead they could have converted my ticket to deluxe. Instead of 50 he 1st asked 150 pound when I said I dont want it he reduced it to 50. This isnt the professional way.

Unacceptable service – refused to help even after a 10-minute booking error

I made a genuine mistake while booking flights through Travel Trolley and realized it almost immediately. I contacted their customer service within 10 minutes of making the booking to request a simple date change — well before any tickets were issued or confirmation emails were even received. Despite this incredibly short timeframe, they refused to help or offer any amendment or refund. The agent I spoke with was dismissive and inflexible, repeatedly citing policy over any kind of logic, fairness, or basic customer care. Any reputable travel agency would allow a short grace period to fix errors like this — especially when contacted so quickly. Travel Trolley’s response was the opposite: no flexibility, no empathy, no escalation. I will never use Travel Trolley again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them. Mistakes happen — and when they do, you want to deal with a company that treats you like a person, not a policy violation.

Avoid avoid, please read this review before going for this scamming company

Avoid avoid avoid. We had no unusual circumstances but if you might want to change your flight avoid this company. We paid extra on our tickets to have flexible flights being told before about added costs to change it and the price difference, thought that would not be a big deal…. Our return flight cost a total of £700 (for both), when we tried to change our flights in line with our tickets they told us it was a £130 FEE plus a FLIGHT DIFFERENCE OF £400!!? This is obviously a scam because after booking new flights this was not the price difference, for the single flight on the way back (yes that is correct). Furthermore their customer service is unbelievably bad and straight up rude! Please don’t use this company they are full of hidden fees and horrible hospitality, go with another! Edit in response to their reply: I clearly stated we knew about the added fees and price difference before getting the tickets. However they claim our price difference of flights is £400+, making the return flight apparently cost £700+ (more than both our outbound and inbound). Obviously this is not the case as the airline have personally confirmed for us and travel trolley are just trying to pocket the money. As I said before avoid avoid, this is horrible scamming company and I will never use them in the future (hopefully you won’t either).

Pathetic customer services overall

I booked a flexible ticket worth about £1500 (Virgin Atlantic)LHR to BLR through traveltrolley.com, travel insurance also was included. Very unfortunate that my kid who supposed to travel with me developed Chickenpox on the day of travel. Flight cannot let you board with a contagious disease. Hence they told I need to reach out travelly.com either to reschedule or refund. Sorry to say when I called travel trolley, they were just redirecting me to THE AIRLINES. I must say, Danny, one of the agent clearly understood the situation. However, I made numerous calls to airlines and the agent as they instructed back and forth, one of the customer care member by name Mohit from travel trolley even abused me, made me cry. Finally the airlines asked me to force the customer care agent to transfer the call to manager and to say I paid to Travel trolley, hence to sort my issue. I did what the airlines said and eventually reached Norman the team Leader. After I explained the whole story Norman got convinced. He reached Virgin Atlantic on the same day. When I called back after 4days, Norman helped me with Reschedule straight away. Contact Norman if you face any issue with your ticket, hire people like Norman for a company to survive. Customer care team to sort your customer's flight issues do not ask the customer to sort by themselves. Editing:Booking reference DMU728

Awful company

Awful company. I should have listened to all the poor reviews on the internet about travel trolley, I correctly booked flights for 2 adults and 2 kids. On the airline website manage my booking it was booked as 4 adults. I called travel trolley immediately, they washed their hands of it and told me to contact the airline. The airline said it was the way the travel agents had booked it. I was batted between the agent and the airline for hours. Told by travel trolley if I give the kids passport details it would be resolved in 24 hours, but it wasn’t. I couldn’t book child’s meal and was left wondering if I will even be able to fly, they made everything incredibly stressful and really really disappointed with this company who misrepresent facts , refuse to listen to your complaint via email, say they’ll call you back in five minutes when you phone to complain and don’t, and fail to resolve this in any reasonable fashion. Absolutely shocking company

DO NOT USE

In Oct 24 I booked two airline tickets for my wife and I and a Lake View room in Bled. I paid £347 for the airline tickets and £1130 for the hotel. Received the confirmation of both from them only to find out later that they had booked me into a Park View room which I hadn't even looked at!! Also the airline ticket was for me only!! Since January 25 I have been sending emails and been on the phone to sort this out but they keep saying that I got what I paid for. Arrogant, rude and totally untrustworthy. No doubt there will be their standard reply "sorry about your experience, etc, etc" but nothing will be done. Got their usual answer as predicted. Answered all of their questions. It’s now 11/6/25 so this has been going on for 5 months and still no further forward. Again, I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

On facing a personal emergency, they quickly helped me get my tickets cancelled and went above and beyond to apply for full refund from the airline despite having a close call with timings. Poor Booking Experience with Travel Trolley

I recently booked a flight ticket from London to Delhi via traveltrolley.co.uk, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The website did not prompt me to provide essential information such as my passport and address details during the booking process. When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, rather than providing the help I needed, they redirected me to the Air India website. Resolving this issue became a stressful ordeal, requiring multiple calls directly to Air India to manually update my information. Overall, the lack of support and ineffective communication from Travel Trolley significantly impacted my booking experience. I would not recommend using traveltrolley.co.uk due to their inadequate customer service and booking process, as there's no way to enter passport/address details.
